Ordering process
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
- Request for quote (for this we need the desired item numbers or specifications, etc.)
- Order receipt
- Working on your order
- Delivery of your order (collection or delivery)
- Invoicing and payment
- Complaints (only in the unlikely event that something is wrong)
- Returns (see section further down this page)
Opening hours
Rob Snel Technische Groothandel is open on working days:
- Available by phone from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (on Friday until 4 p.m.)
- Collection/delivery of goods: our warehouse is open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (on Friday until 4 p.m.)
Rob Snel Metaal & Techniek is open on working days:
- Available by phone from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (on Friday until 4 p.m.)
- Collection/delivery of goods: our workshop is open between 07:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Collection and delivery
By default, our products are delivered EX WORKS.
You can collect the finished goods from us within opening hours.
We can also deliver the goods (or have them delivered).
The manner in which this is done depends on the volume and weight of the goods, the delivery address and the workload.
We have our own van which we use for deliveries.
We also use third-party courier services, such as GLS and PostNL.
Please ask about the options and costs.
Product catalogue
The product catalogue contains a detailed overview of the most important products we have in our product range. Not all products are included in our product catalogue. Can’t find a product in the catalogue? Please contact us.
The current product catalogue contains information and technical drawings that are, for the most part, still up to date. However, the catalogue has not been updated for a long time and is therefore in need of an update. We therefore recommend you to use the catalogue as an indication of the options and visit the relevant product pages on our website for the most reliable information and technical drawings.

General Terms and Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to our products and services. We apply the General Terms and Conditions of the Metaalunie [Dutch Metal Industry Employers’ Association]. These describe the mutual rights and obligations when doing business with each other.
Ultimately, the purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to provide clarity in advance in order to avoid discussions afterwards. We like clarity and satisfied customers.

Returns
Returning items is not a right. However, in some cases we will take back goods as a gesture of goodwill. We only do this if a number of criteria are fulfilled. However, no rights can be derived from this.
For the return of goods, we are forced to charge processing costs.
Privacy Policy
In order to serve you, we need personal data from you. For example, to process an order, we need your name, phone number, email address and address details.
We are extremely careful with your personal data, we do not keep it any longer than strictly necessary and we secure your data properly.
